Event Description
Take some time for yourself. Slow down, switch off and allow yourself to be immersed in the soothing sounds of a relaxing sound bath.
This gentle sound bath offers you the opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and enjoy a period of deep rest and relaxation.
During the session, you will simply lie down or sit comfortably while being immersed in layers of therapeutic sound and vibration. There is nothing you need to do — just get comfortable, relax and allow the sounds to wash over you.
Sound has been used in wellbeing practices for thousands of years, and many people find sound baths deeply calming and restorative.
A sound bath may help to support:
• Deep relaxation
• Reduced feelings of stress and anxiety
• Release of physical and muscular tension
• Improved sleep and rest
• A greater sense of calm and wellbeing
• Time for reflection and reconnection
Everyone experiences a sound bath differently, so simply come with an open mind and allow yourself some time to rest and recharge.
