The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you, either in person or data is collected through:

- For the purpose of booking and facilitating a wellbeing session
- Process event ticket purchases and payments

- For the purpose of creating a ceremony that you have commissioned

Email Marketing
We use Mailchimp to manage our email marketing and newsletters. If you subscribe to our mailing list, your name and email address will be stored and processed by Mailchimp in accordance with their privacy policy:
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. We may share your information only with:

Security and Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above or as required by law.
For wellbeing therapies, we keep your hard copy records for 7 years following the last occasion on which treatment was given. We will then securely dispose of your information by shredding.
For civil ceremonies. all hard copy paperwork connected to your ceremony will be shredded after your ceremony.
Electronic copies of actual ceremonies are kept in a secure password protected folder within Google Drive, for future reference and for personal tax purposes.
All other data, electronic copies, and correspondence will be deleted after your ceremony.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
Your right to erasure – You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to withdraw consent – When we use consent as our lawful basis you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
