Event Location
Nine Springs Clinic
Event Description
Explore what may be holding you back, let go of what no longer serves you, and create space for greater balance and flow.
This deeper, more intentional sound bath is for those who would like to go beyond relaxation and use sound alongside personal reflection and self-exploration.
The session begins with gentle guided reflection, giving you time to consider an area of your life where you may be experiencing resistance, feeling stuck, or finding it difficult to move forward.
You will be invited to explore your thoughts and feelings around this and notice how they may be showing up for you — mentally, emotionally and physically.
Then it is time to get comfortable, lie back or sit, and allow yourself to become immersed in sound.
Rather than trying to find an answer or force a change, you will be encouraged simply to notice what arises. The combination of reflection, stillness and sound can offer space to see things from a different perspective, connect with your own insights and consider what you may be ready to let go of.
The intention is to leave you feeling lighter, clearer and with a greater sense of balance and connection to yourself.
A Personal Experience in a Small Group
Although this is a group sound bath, your experience is entirely your own.
There is no expectation to discuss what you are exploring or to share anything personal with the group. Your reflections can remain completely private.
There will be an opportunity to share your experience if you would like to, but this is always optional.
To create a calm, supportive and intimate environment, each session is limited to just 8 people.
What to Bring
Your comfort is important, so please bring whatever you need to feel warm, relaxed and supported throughout the session.
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and bring:
• A yoga or exercise mat
• A cushion or pillow
• A blanket
• An eye mask, if you would like to use one
• Water for after the session
• A journal or notebook, if you would like to capture any thoughts or insights afterwards
Some mats, cushions and blankets are available at the clinic, but you are welcome to bring your own.
If lying on a mat isn’t comfortable for you, chairs are available, or you are very welcome to bring a folding camping chair.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need to bring?
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and bring a yoga or exercise mat, cushion or pillow, blanket and some water. You may also wish to bring an eye mask and a journal or notebook.
Some mats, cushions and blankets are available at the clinic.
Most importantly, bring whatever will help you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the session.
Do I have to share anything with the group?
No. Although this is a small-group session, there is absolutely no expectation to share anything personal.
The reflection and exploration are for you, and you can keep your experience entirely private. If you feel you would like to share something with the group, there will be space to do so, but it is always your choice.
Do I need to know what I want to work on before I arrive?
No. You don't need to arrive with a particular issue or intention in mind.
The reflection at the beginning of the session is designed to give you some quiet space to notice what feels relevant for you at that moment. There is no right or wrong thing to explore.
Are there any contraindications?
Sound baths may not be suitable for everyone. Please read the Important Information & Contraindications section above before booking.
If you have a health condition, implanted medical device, are pregnant, have recently undergone a medical procedure, or are unsure whether a sound bath is appropriate for you, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before attending.
I’m not comfortable lying on a yoga mat. Can I sit in a chair instead?
Absolutely. You do not need to lie on the floor to take part in the session.
Chairs are available, or you are welcome to bring your own folding camping chair. The important thing is that you feel comfortable and supported.
Is it okay if I arrive late?
Please arrive in plenty of time to settle in and make yourself comfortable before the session begins.
Because the session begins with guided reflection and then moves into the sound bath, late entry can be disruptive to both your experience and that of the rest of the group. For this reason, late arrivals may not be admitted.
I can no longer attend. Can I have a refund?
Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable, so please make sure you are able to attend before booking.
Thank you for your understanding.
